Chennai broadway is the cocktail of beer, brandy and coke. It is a perfect drink to chill out if you want to be chilled with some beer cocktail. It can be easily prepared in about 2 minutes. It can also be taken in winter season as the brandy may steam you. During winter one may increase the quantity of brandy.

200 ml coke
200 ml beer
15 ml brandy

Method to prepare Chennai broadway cocktail

This beer cocktail is ideally served in Collins glass. Fill half of Collins glass with ice and pour brandy first, then pour cola and lastly add beer. Stir it well and serve chilled.
